ah-choo!

i cannot stop sneezing. my throat is raw and itchy, my ears are itchy, my nose is runny and... itchy.
blasted allergies! i don't know what i am allergic to, i just know i have allergies. i keep dopin' on benadryl because the claritin i took didn't do a dang thang. so i'm foggy, blurry, groggy, blah.
oh, and all this sneezing is seriously challenging my ability to continually "hold everything in." if you know what i mean. the first three sneezes are manageable, but subsequent sneezes are almost too much. not enough time to recompose myself before bracing for the next. bah! help.

How annoying! THat happens to me sometimes too. I wish I knew some magic trick! I just always take the off brand of Claritin... Good luck!

Keep taking the claritin-it takes a while to kick in. You can also ask your doctor for a fexofenadine prescription-not sure it is okay for pregnancy though.

I swear by a neti pot-or nasal wash-it works wonders for my allergies and I get 'em BAD.

It's this crazy warm weather and wind blowing the dust around. I'm sneezing so much it's silly! PS I want to have you & Steve and the Guynn's up to our new place in LA sometime soon- let me know if there's a good weekend that works for you guys!
