Doctor and St. Nick

After a month of relentless coughing, wheezing, and nose-running, I popped over to the doctor's office. Poor kid has strep and scarlet fever (apparently no big deal.) He is such a champion at the doctor's -- opens his mouth, lays down, lifts up his shirt, and turns his head.

After his appointment, I had to return one thing at the mall, so we ran in (quickly). Made the return, and then made the mistake of walking past the "North Pole" where Santa was handing out candy canes. Danny begged to sit on Santa's lap and get his candy cane. Of course, when we got to the front of the line, he changed his mind. Good times. Merry Christmas!
