Mitt 2012

I just realized I didn't really say much about the Mitt luncheon I was SO LUCKY to be able to attend! Life has just been crazy these past couple months. First of all, it was amazing. Mitt, the man, himself -- live and in person! Lucky for me I have a generous mama who loved me enough to pick me as her (second choice) of date since my dad was out of town. And lucky for all of us  my sister, Amanda, is an incredible go-getter and supporter of Mitt -- she orchestrated our attendance and raised over $25,000 for the cause! Go girl!

We got a pic with Mitt, saw the "who's who" of Orange County, gawked over the breathtaking estate in Shady Canyon, and felt intimidated by all the secret service. Ann and Mitt both spoke, a little more laid back than how we see them in debates and interviews on TV, and we enjoyed a nice meal with friends. Overall, it was a great experience, and I can't wait to see Mitt in the White House in 2012!
