san diego with my little love
Today, Danny and I had a special mom and son date. We went to Sea World together. I figured we had to go at least ONCE more since our passes expire next month.
We liked the new "dolphin" show... I put dolphin in parentheses because the majority of the show was human beings in flamboyant costumes with muchos feathers flapping around on bungee cords. But there was an occasional dolphin, I guess. So it was all good.
The Shamu show titled "Believe" was cheesy as always. But those killer whales sure now how to entertain, so the totally sappy and "education"-filled production didn't really bug. Those trainers are just so cool. Just watch, don't listen.
And Danny's favorite show, "Pets Rule" was the winner. He lovveeessss watching the dogs, cats, bird, and pigs run around the stage. He was "woof! woof!"-ing the entire time. And dancing. And laughing. I love seeing that boy have a rockin' time.
After a couple hours at Sea World, we went and picked up Steve from work (he was working in San Diego today.) We hit up our fave place for tortillas, and headed home. Good times.
