the escape artist
danny is a little magician. how do i know this? well, today i heard a "snap!", and when i looked down, my child was playing with a mouse trap.
his fingers were free, he was smiling, and trying to play with the peanut butter bait. i almost freaked out.
this is the second time i heard the fateful "snap!" and nothing horrific became of it.
danny -- you have a crazy talent for escaping the jaws of mousetraps.
fyi, the first time, my mom set out mouse traps and forgot to tell me not to let danny crawl around, and the second time, i put the mouse trap under a cupboard behind my bed. he still spotted it and climbed under the bed to grab it. sheesh!

And one time my nephew got one of those sticky mouse traps stuck in his hair and we had to cut it out! haha it was sad but funny!
