Sunday Drive

It was so beautiful outside on Sunday, so we decided to take a drive up the canyon. On the way back down, we heard this loud "thud, thud, thud, thud, thud..." like a flat tire. We pulled over, couldn't see anything wrong with the tires or under the car, so we kept driving. The repeated "thuds" kept on pounding under the car, so we checked again. Turns out, the tread on our front tire had completely blown off on the inside and was unraveling as we drove. Luckily Steve was with me, or else it would have taken me forever to figure out how to change the tire! My dad made me change a couple tires when I was in high school so I'd learn for times such as these, but let's be real, just because I did it before doesn't mean I could do it again. Plus, Steve was jumping on the wrench to loosen the lugnuts and he barely could get them loose. I would have called AAA, haha. Here is my knight in shining armor :)
