the bright light on a blah day

my mom is flying here tonight. my family is driving up on friday. they are staying until the 10th for skiing, sledding, conference, rebecca, and steve (and buddy in the belly). yes.

p.s. i apologize to everyone for the recent and upcoming blizzards. my mom has the best luck, and (unlucky for us), she's been hoping for tons of great snow for their trip.
