Thanksgiving in Style (2012)

We had a truly delightful Thanksgiving. How could you not on the beautiful island of Kaua'i? The weather was near perfect, the fam (minus Amanda's brood) was all together, and the food was delish! Highlights of the trip include Mason splashing in the river, Danny avoiding the ocean at all costs, paddleboarding with my honey, eating kahlua turkey and a spread of yummy fixins, falling asleep between 7:30-8:30 each night, family walk down to the St. Regis beach, macnut ice cream, chocolate-toffee-covered macnuts, banana-macnut-coconut pancakes, off-roading to the best beaches, jogging 100 yards and realizing I'm out of shape, Rook games, and the gorgeous view from the condo! We sure scored with some awesome parents who love Kaua'i and love to share it with their family. Thanks, Mom and Dad! Until next year -- or at least until the flights are really cheap ;)!
